Overview:
Jered is the world’s foremost designer and manufacturer of shipboard handling systems that range from aircraft elevators for nuclear powered aircraft carriers to cargo and weapons elevators, waterborne vehicle launch and recovery systems, torpedo, aviation and ammunition handling cranes and elevators. Jered also supplies ship steering, anchor handling, mooring, watertight doors, ramps, and other specialized equipment. Jered is a subsidiary of PaR Systems, Inc., (www.par.com) which also designs and manufactures custom robots and precision automated handling systems for a broad range of industries that includes defense, aerospace, nuclear, food & beverage, medical, and semiconductor.
